For over 50 years, our family has been managing Tree Farms in North Idaho and we are always looking to add timber to our portfolio. We understand the importance of managing a healthy forest while protecting the environment and protecting Idaho's treasures. We are actively looking for land that is priced right and can be maintained as a productive tree farm

Idaho is changing a lot these days. Finding the best use of Idaho land for timber, residential or recreational use is our goal. We will work to maintain the beauty of the land and, in some cases, transition it for the best future use. Each property is different and part of our job is understanding your vision for the land you wish to sell and working to find a solution and price for all parties
Who we are
Tyler Merkeley
Tyler grew up in North Idaho, learning to ski on Schweitzer with his father and hunt on the family ranch with his grandfather. National security took him to the east coast for 15 years. During this time, he grew a strong urban and rural real estate portfolio. After many years away keeping America safe, he and his wife have come home to North Idaho to enjoy the land they fought to protect.
